- Level 6 degree in a related field (e.g., Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture)
OR Level 5 Diploma/Higher Diploma + 5 years of managerial experience - Preference given to candidates with 3+ years’ experience in construction management

- Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional or managerial experience (preferred)
